Karli IngersollGarric Simonsen is showing art currently at Liberty Ciderworks brand new tasting room at 164 S. Washington. His creations are so oozing with texture and complexity layered in with a tension between the refined and the childlike. I love his use of unique canvases and the random almost mocking little elements here and there among what from a distance seems like a refined piece. Almost like he finished the work and decided to kind of graffiti it after.
