In it’s sixth year, Terrain retained it’s typical full on art explosion fashion and even took it to the next level. Interactive installations, food carts, a mobile thrift store and of course tons of amazing art and music. I believe it was the best year yet and a perfect showcase of how impressive Spokane’s local art community is…something we are all about celebrating here on Collect.
Cheers to the organizers and all the incredibly difficult hoops they had to jump through this year to make it happen, not to mention the hours and hours of very hard work. They have inspired the masses and more people will be creating more art because of Terrain.
I went in early to take photos of some of the art before the place got too packed out. These are some pieces (but not the only pieces) that stood out to me. Some were more difficult to photograph due to lighting. We might have some more recap posts this week from other Collect folks that were there as well. And as always, you can check all social network sites with the #weallbuildthis hash tag to see tons of other photos.
