Kaarin SwansonMay is possibly my favorite month in Spokane. It feels like the full, official, “for real this time”, kickoff of spring, and I freaking love spring. The heat swells and calms, the nights slowly morph to accommodate t-shirt wearers, the river is still raging hard through the falls – it’s wonderful! The new Huntington Park was opened as well and I feel like my Instagram feed was full of images from this brilliant and beautiful new downtown renovation. Spring is already exciting, but especially exciting here.
