Terrain, the best local arts organization is not going anywhere. In fact…they are going bigger. This year they are launching their first Bazaar.
“Bazaar is a marketplace for emerging artists, artisans and craftspeople to sell work and build relationships with people who care about where the art and goods they buy come from.”
And we are excited. A trend I’m pretty used to with Spokane efforts is a large attempt to do something awesome…followed by a slow fade. Terrain has shown that they are about the opposite. Push, innovate, re-imagine, work, work, work and move forward not with just past ideas but with new exciting progress. You guys, this is new! This is worth celebrating.
Now, we have to meet them with the same passion, innovation and progress as artists. If you haven’t considered submitting, you just have about one week left to prepare. This is an amazing challenge to take on that can build excitement for your art, the community and the growth of this awesome organization.
